I take this every morning. I started taking this four years ago and I haven’t been sick since I started taking it. It’s the best. I wish the taste was different, but I can manage that fine because I know that I’m walking out the door each morning feeling 100% and knowing I took the best ingredients for my health.

This daily liquid vitamin is an ABSOLUTE MUST! I can’t go a day without these special ingredients. My endocrinologist is very happy about how it’s working to keep me healthy! I have taken multivitamin/mineral supplements since I was in middleschool. Yet, in all that time none of them ever made me feel as good as DAILY BUILD does! Not even my prenatal vitamins made me feel this good! I am thankful for this supplement,, I just would like to see the PV number a lot closer to the price of the product. I understand the cost of all things going up, but the PV should go up as well.

My blood work has been spot on for years, even through cancer treatment and it all started when I began taking Daily Build liquid form. Litterally the first month of Daily Build my blood work went to optimal levels in everything measured. Even when I had to do chemo my finger nails and hair stayed healthy and strong much to the surprise of my Oncology team.

This stuff is hard to swallow at first (you do get used to it after awhile), but it is a game changer in your health. I suffer from severe allergies and if I feel run down or a sinus infection coming, I make sure I take my Daily Build.
