    I enjoy the product, still getting used to the improved consistency, but I am always finding new ways to add it to my diet, but 2 scoops in a glass of water is still my go-to, forces me to drink more water. The product has such amazing benefits!!!

    My husband and I eat very healthy and rarely eat out at restaurants. But, when we go visit family, homecookiing and healthy are both words missing from our diet. So, it is always a blessing to take the MILA with us and know that we can tolerate a weekend or so of less than desirable eating without becoming constipated, bloated, and feeling as if having a block of cement in our guts.
