    I love energy and quit coffee years ago cold turkey by replacing energy daily. My 4 kids love the energy as well and I feel that as long as they take it daily, they are getting a great dose of health with vitamins and minerals!! They are all grown now and this is 1 product they continue to order so they never run out!!
