Calcium is a non-negotiable in my book, and I love that this is easy on the palate and so effective! One thing I noticed soon after I started taking it, is that my very annoying eye twitches became more rare & eventually none existent. It’s been several years now since I’ve had any. Also cramps during pregnancy have been very minimal and are easily diminished by increasing the amount I take. And can we talk about using it for kids?! So easy to get them to take it, and I love that adjusting it as needed during teething and growth spurts is so easy and effective.

This has been an MUST since we discovered how much it helped us! With growing kids, busy lives and not enough time in the day to do everything we need to, this has helped us fill in the gaps without adding stress to our lives! This blend has the base vitamins. minerals and nutrients to give us a strong foundation. It was MAJOR for growth spurts and also during sports. Highly recommend for the whole family!

I follow Barbara O’Neill online & she stresses the importance of taking calcium only if you also are taking the necessary additional vitamin & minerals needed for our body to utilize the additional calcium. Calcium is a non-negotiable in my book, and I love that this is easy on the palate and so effective! One thing I noticed soon after I started taking it, is that my very annoying eye twitches became more rare & eventually none existent. It’s been several years now since I’ve had any. Also cramps during pregnancy have been very minimal and are easily diminished by increasing the amount I take. And can we talk about using it for kids?! So easy to get them to take it, and I love that adjusting it as needed during teething and growth spurts is so easy and effective.

This has been an MUST since we discovered how much it helped us! With growing kids, busy lives and not enough time in the day to do everything we need to, this has helped us fill in the gaps without adding stress to our lives! I have been using this product for years! It is awesome for getting calcium, magnesium, and vit K! I do wish they would go back to the original consistency though! It is too thick to drink now. :)
