The active ingredient in Cleanse is Cascara sagrada, which has been used for centuries as a laxative for the treatment of short-term constipation.* Add exercise and a good diet to your regimen and you’ll be on your way to ‘regular.’ For longer, more persistent constipation, please consult your healthcare provider.

  • All-natural, proprietary blend of herbs and botanicals formulated to provide gentle relief of occasional constipation.*
  • Promotes digestive health
  • Cascara sagrada, an aged, dried extract of bark (Rhamnus purshiana), promotes colon contractions for gentle relief of occasional constipation.*
  • After cleansing, follow with Probiotic to help support digestive health and maintain normal intestinal microflora
  • Vegan
  • Start with 4 capsules daily with 8 fl. oz. of water. Increase by 2 capsules each day, if needed, and do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours. Intended for short-term use (7-10 days) every 2 months.
  • Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Caution: When ingested, Cascara sagrada may cause mild abdominal discomfort and/or cramps. Not recommended for children under the age of 18, if you are pregnant, nursing or have a bowel disease.     This is a product. I recommend using every 3 to 4 months. Not only does it clean your system out, but it will also make you feel a lot better because you know you’re releasing toxic waste out of your body. I use it for a complete week probably four times a year

    Having never tried a cleanse before, I had initial worries. This was such an easy, yet effective product! I took 4 pills at night for a week, not changing much to what I ate, and could still easily move about my day knowing it was working well. It is a great way to kick off using these products AND repeating it every couple months to maintain the effectiveness.

    Cleanse is a great little product. I take one capsule every evening and it keeps me regular as clockwork. I never get constipated or have loose stools. The fact that it cleanses my entire system of toxins is also a major bonus. Love this product.
