How to Use

- Start with 4 capsules daily with 8 fl. oz. of water. Increase by 2 capsules each day, if needed, and do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours. Intended for short-term use (7-10 days) every 2 months.
- Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Caution: When ingested, Cascara sagrada may cause mild abdominal discomfort and/or cramps. Not recommended for children under the age of 18, if you are pregnant, nursing or have a bowel disease. Consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions, concerns or are taking prescription medications.

Having never tried a cleanse before, I had initial worries. This was such an easy, yet effective product! I took 4 pills at night for a week, not changing much to what I ate, and could still easily move about my day knowing it was working well. It is a great way to kick off using these products AND repeating it every couple months to maintain the effectiveness.

Cleanse is a great little product. I take one capsule every evening and it keeps me regular as clockwork. I never get constipated or have loose stools. The fact that it cleanses my entire system of toxins is also a major bonus. Love this product.
