love, love , love serene. Started using it when I went off my anxiety and depression meds. I take in high moments of stress and it works quickly in keeping me calm, focused, and moving forward throughout the day. even kept an extra bottle in my desk at work when I was teaching.

We have been giving this to my 17 year old daughter who struggles with anxiety and nightmares. Since starting Serene we have been able to get her off of her prescription meds for sleep and only take this! She says she gets better sleep and hasn't been having the nightmares! We will never be without it!

I was on a health journey prior to starting Live Pure products. One of the missing elements was being able to focus daily, calm the mind and truly find great rest. This product has been integral to that. I've stopped a few other meds/OTC since starting this.

Serene has been an important part of my daily supplements to help deal with daily stress. I have found that with this supplement I don’t get as anxious in stressful situations . I take it every night along with my sleep trim.

I have had anxiety most of my life, refraining from any type of medication. I’ve been able to put my full trust in Serene as it has helped me immensely in my mental health. Though not a cure, it has made my anxiety much more manageable!

I have had high blood pressure for years due to stress. My blood work would always come back perfect. There was no reason other than stress. Once I started Pure supplements, especially the Serene, I noticed that my body seemed to handle stress better all around. My blood pressure is now normal with no medication. I cannot claim that this heals or cures anything, but please don't take it away!
