There is no other pre-workout like Energize! Several years ago, I had to stop taking Energize because my body was experiencing a burning sensation called Niacin flush. I realized it was coming from too much niacin in this product. So I took a break. But then found myself wanting that extra boost to get me through a killer workout. I tried other brands and flavors of pre-workout, but they were nasty! Nothing compares to the taste of Energize. After some trial and error, I just realized I couldn't use a full serving without getting niacin flush, so I have to water it down and use half a scoop per day. But it works and I get to enjoy it this way! Also, thanks for LivePure for not making it lightly fizzy. I appreciate the flatness of the drink in that regard. Highly recommend!

I take this every morning, whether I'm going to the gym or not. I look forward to it as soon as I wake up in the morning. My perfect mix is a scoop of Energize and a scoop of Circulate mixed up in about 12 oz of water. Favorite way to start my day!

My adult sons and I use this beverage interchangeably with the Energy drink. We like this cherry flavor better than any of the Energy flavors, and it gives us the same boost in alertness and vitality. The only drawback is that it has a layer of strange substances floats on the surface of the when mixed with water.

I quit doing pre workouts because they gave me so much anxiety, not this! I love that I can get going in the gym and not be so stressed out. Love it!

My adult sons and I use this beverage interchangeably with the Energy drink. We like this cherry flavor better than any of the Energy flavors, and it gives us the same boost in alertness and vitality. The only drawback is that it has a layer of strange substances floats on the surface of the when mixed with water.

I really like this product. It does what it says. The taste is great. I usually just use it when I am going to be really busy and can't eat on time, or drink. Its a great product.

I have been using this for years now and it’s my go to tastes great and gives me my boost every morning. Love it and not hard on the stomach and dose its job .
