Mie is so delicious and help my entire body, my skin, my hair, and my nails, are amazing. I love how quickly my body assimilates the Mie Collagen and the Probiotics just overall help me feel better. I have totally noticed less bloating and just a great over all glow. My hair grows so fast and well as my finger nails it just fabulous!! I will say being consistent with this is a must as well, 14 days, and you'll really start seeing the benefits

I have been using the MIE for a couple of years. In the beginning I was taking 2 per day because I was going through Chemotherapy and Radiation. I wanted to preserve as much of my skin's health as possible, particularly in my chest area as the Radiation was concentrated there. The Radiation was VERY brutal on my skin, but I truly believe the MIE helped me recover quicker and as much as possible because I was taking it every day. I am now down to 1 per day, and after 2 years my skin over my entire body is so so soft. It feels like my 20 year old skin on my 66 year old body. I pray the company NEVER EVER discontinues this product. I could not recommend it more. Be aware that it does take time to show the effects. I would say daily for 3-6 months before I really noticed a big difference, but the difference was very noticeable even before I started treatments for the cancer. It is expensive if you are taking 2 per day, taking 1 per day is more reasonable. WORTH EVERY PENNY IT COSTS!!!
