Take one capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon before 2 pm. Individuals who weigh less than 150 lbs (68 kg) may find one capsule (half serving) to be sufficient, while larger individuals may take two capsules (one serving). Do not exceed more than 2 capsules within an 8-hour period.

Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Mild nausea may occur when PURE Majik is consumed on an empty stomach. Avoid taking PURE Majik after 2 pm, as it may lead to prolonged periods of increased energy and alertness. Some individuals may experience mild side effects, which could include occasional mild headaches, temporary digestive discomfort (such as vomiting or diarrhea), mild drowsiness, a slight jittery feeling, temporary numbness or tingling sensations, occasional shivers, or increased perspiration.
