  • LivePURE reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.

What are the benefits of a Smartship vs a one-time order?

You will earn 20% of the PV** for your Smartship back in Smartship Rewards Points (formally known as PAR Points). For example, if your Smartship is 100 PV, you will earn 20 Reward Points to use on future shop purchases.

Can I pay for my Smartship with Reward Points?

No.

Can I use Reward Points on a promotional offer?

No, promotional offers cannot be combined with Reward Points.

Will I receive free shipping on my Smartship?

No

How long will it take to get my Smartship order?

If you selected Standard Shipping, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days of the next scheduled run date. If you selected another shipping method, you will receive it within that time frame.

Is there any reward for staying on Smartship?

In addition to the accumulation of Reward Points, Brand Partners have the opportunity to have their renewal fee waived as a courtesy if the account has 12 consecutive Smartships in a calendar year.

Do I need to reach a minimum dollar or PV amount for a Smartship?

No.

Is there a penalty if I cancel my Smartship?

There are no penalties for canceling your Smartship. However, if you cancel all of your Smartship accounts, you will automatically lose any Reward Points accumulated.

Can I edit my Smartship?

Yes. You can edit your Smartships under the My Smartships page. You can edit the products in an Smartship, the next scheduled run date, shipping address, shipping method, and payment used on the Smartship.

When does a Smartship payment process?

On the next scheduled run date.
