Mila is food, and as with any food, you can overdo it. Start with ½ a serving (1 Tablespoon) work up to an amount comfortable for you. Some people take as much as four servings per day. Others may experience constipation or mild intestinal discomfort because of Mila’s high fiber content. If this is the case, start with a reduced serving size (1 to 2 teaspoons) and increase the amount over time to allow your body to adjust. Some find it helpful to hydrate by soaking it in 4 oz. water for 10 minutes before consuming. Be sure to drink ample water (8 to 10 glasses daily) when consuming Mila.
